Whether it is in a stand alone muzzle-brake, or my Patent Pending muzzle-brake built into your custom suppressor, this short video will show you the effects and benefits of a muzzle-brake.
Shot in normal speed and slow motion, this video is of my QB79 shooting CO2 that shows a stream of cold gas being expelled and re-directed through one of my custom units - reducing recoil and enhancing accuracy and stability.

Custom Thread Protector / Muzzle-Brake
You know the story - you put your expensive rifle into a gun-shop to have the barrel threaded for one of my custom suppressors - and you get the rifle back with an ugly thin cheap thread protector!

The
solution :- I will custom make you a thread protector for your rifle - to
the exact specs and diameter of your barrel!!
Better than that - I will turn it into a functioning and fantastic looking MUZZLE-BRAKE!
Starting with solid high-grade aluminum rod, I hand craft each muzzle-brake to the specifications and character of both my customer and their rifle.
Photo to right: A selection of hand made and anodized thread protectors, which can be made in the exact diameter of your rifle barrel - causing the protector to be a seamless extension and part of your rifle barrel.
Before starting the process of creating and crafting a custom muzzle-brake, I am often asked by the customer to thread their barrel. This photo is of a clean crisp thread I had just cut.
Below: The four main steps in crafting a custom muzzle-brake. I can also anodize it in any color of your choice.

Mike sent me a computer drawing of a muzzle-brake he wanted me to make. Needless to say, he was very pleased with the result!

Les had his center-fire threaded - and like most people who get this done - was supplied with this ridiculous cheap thread protector, worse than that - they took off the front sight, leaving it looking really ugly and messy. Les asked if I could make an over-barrel muzzle-brake to hide the botch-up done by the gunsmith.
The results speak for themselves.

The camera always has difficulty focusing on my engineering pieces, as they are polished to a mirror finish.
