Custom Ruger 10/22 Over-barrel suppressor
For Phil
Phil contacted me to make an over-barrel suppressor for his Ruger 10/22.
Here's his specs:

(1) Preferred diameter approx 40mm.
(2) Finish, bead-blasted Matt black paint.
(3) Internal muzzle-brake. No external muzzle brake.
(4) No Taper to barrel / straight face.
(5) End of barrel thread forward meas = 110mm.
(6) End of barrel thread rear meas = 140mm.
(7) Reverse flow venturi units.
(8) Multiple internal suppression ports. (I assume these are in the suppressor unit not barrel porting?)
(9) Wet fire option. You decide if I will get benefit or not and choose Yes/No to include.
(10) Sealed unit.

The suppressor is a very large diameter, which would create a problem with weight if steel internal units were used.
For this reason I have made them out of a more expensive, but lighter synthetic internals.
Photo to right: Custom mounting unit with through-flow ports that allow the
noise and gasses to enter the over-barrel suppressor chamber, as well as
internal muzzle-brake.
Photo to right: Suppressor is assembled and bead-blasted to a matte finish, ready for spraying with matte black silicon based enamel.
